Which documents can we compile?
Post-accident documentation
When an accident at work or an accident on the way to or from work happens, the Employer is required to appoint an accident investigation team which will prepare an accident report or accident record. Members of the accident investigation team include an OHS Specialist and an employees’ representative. The accident report is necessary to the affected employee to receive benefits from the Social Insurance Institution: full pay during a sick leave and a one-off compensation.
Occupational risk assessment
It is one of the most important documents in each company, scrutinised during each audit of the State Labour Inspectorate. The occupational risk assessment should contain information on hazards that may occur in the work process and safety rules to eliminate these hazards. We compile the occupational risk assessment documentation in Polish and English. Each employee should be familiar with the contents of the occupational risk assessment.
Safety and Health Protection plan and Instructions for Safe Execution of Construction Works
These documents are required at every construction site. Their reliable preparation has a significant impact on occupational safety and accident prevention. It is the responsibility of the Site Manager to ensure these documents are drafted and our experienced Professionals will provide an invaluable assistance in this regard.
OHS instructions
OHS instructions must be prepared for all hazardous machinery and work processes. These instructions should include information on the procedures to be followed by the employee before, during and after work, as well as on emergency procedures. The instructions should tailor-made to the actual specifics of each company.
Workwear issue tables
The employer must provide employees with workwear if their private clothing is likely to become significantly soiled or damaged, or if they are exposed to chemical, hazardous or biological agents. However, before such workwear is issued, a “Workwear and personal protective equipment issue table” must be prepared for each workplace and a “Register of issued workwear and personal protective equipment” must be maintained. Importantly, it is also necessary to establish the procedure for workwear and protective gear washing and maintenance.
