The initial health and safety training, conducted by us in the form of a video conference, complies with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of July 27, 2004, on training in the field of occupational health and safety. The training covers key topics related to occupational health and safety. Participants will learn the basic OHS regulations, the rights and obligations of employees and employers, as well as the procedures to follow in the event of accidents. We provide numerous real-life examples, including discussing incidents from post-accident investigations we have conducted during our many years of professional experience. We place particular emphasis on ergonomics and correct posture, demonstrating the potential health consequences of neglecting these aspects.
